Manage Case Loads
Users can be “Creators” (who have a person-centered VCRM) or “Supporters” who assist Creators in the person-centered VCRM process.
Supporters can set up and fully manage a case load of “creator” accounts. Creators can access their VCRMs independently or with support. Creators can be re-assigned to supporters as case loads change. Multiple Supporters can be assigned to a Creator.
Integration with AbleLink
Creators who also have an AbleLink WayFinder account can link their VCRM to Smart Travel Service. Once linked with MyVCRM, AbleLink WayFinder can safely guide the user with step-by-step visual and audio instructions to any of the assets within the VCRM.
